The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law “To amend the Tax Code of Ukraine re payment of environmental tax for disposal of out-of-service vehicles”

The bill suggests through amendments to article 14 of chapter VIII of the Tax Code of Ukraine introduce environmental tax for utilization of out-of-service vehicle.

The bill provides the list of environmental tax payers, as well as the object and the base of taxation imposed for utilization of out-of-service vehicles.

The respective bill was registered under No. 11260.
